Crafters

Thank you for attending the second annual Arts and Crafts Show in conjunction with the Midwest Mopars in the Park National Car Show & Swap Meet! We appreciate your willingness to be a part of our history!

Set-up Hours:

Crafter setup is available from 3 pm to 7 pm on Friday, May 29^th. Please enter the fairgrounds and proceed to the craft show building located in the registration building at the fairgrounds, see fairgrounds layout map.

Each crafter is responsible for providing their own table(s) and chairs. Each booth space is 10’ x 15’.

When you arrive at the craft show building, please check in with Rebecca Meehan. She will have your wristbands (two per booth space rental), your booth location and any other additional information you will need.

Remember wristbands must be worn at all times during the show.

The Craft Show Building will be locked at the end of each day.

Show Hours:

The Craft Show is scheduled to run from 8 am to 6 pm on Saturday, May 30 and 8 am to 5 pm on Sunday, May 31. Breakdown can take place on sundey before 2:30 or after 4:00, no one will be allowd to breakdown during the awards ceromony.

Please enter the fairgrounds through the Swapper, Crafter and Car Corral Entrance and have your wristband on prior to arriving at the gate.  If you have additional participants with you, you will need to purchase an additional daily wristband for $5 per person. You will be required to park in the Spectator Parking Lot after 7:30 am on both days. However, you may park near the craft show building if you need to drop off supplies prior to 7:30 am.

We discourage early departure from the craft show. Please plan to stay or have someone attend to your booth for the entire show schedule.
